[Save/Load] The Power Bank Charger will reset the eco power bank's power to 0 when S/L

When the eco power bank is mostly charged ，The Power Chager'll reset bank's power to 0 if I save/load 。

Steps to Reproduce

1、Put the bank into The Power Bank Charger .

2、Normally ，Bank's power will be full charged after 200s .

3、But if i save/load before it's full charged ，the bank's power will be reset to 0 .
