Remote dron cant depressure oil well

For some reason they cant build or dig. OK,  as you decided. We can use them for using machinery in dangerous condition far away. Like oil biome. But actually we cant because drone isnt capable of turn the valve.

Can you fix it please? Thats exact limitation makes no sense. 

 

Steps to Reproduce

Try to depressure oil well with remote drone. Its "not permitted"

Changed Note: to The plan is for remote workers to be able to release oil wells. There is a pre-existing issue with the oil well chore that I want to fix before I add the remote workable interface (enable for remote worker).
