Pokeshells can't be groomed with the aquatic critter station

I understand why this is the case, as pokeshells walk and not swim. However, pokeshells can move in liquids, and their morphs actually encourage us to make it so that they spend as much time in a liquid as possible for the morph egg chance (in ethanol for oakshells, and in water for sanishells). I think they should be groomable with an aquatic station as long as they can reach it without swimming. They are aquatic themed after all.
