I'm confused about the "Throughput" option for the Petta Pouf, as it doesn't state what is being affected. This wild grown plant has the full decor bonus already, not just 25% of it, so that's not it.
I guess this can be removed altogether?

Find a wild Petta Pouf and look at its stats.
