Living dupes has hunger modifier affecting how many calories they consume. Bionics dont have anything similar: they dont eat, and their electricity consumption doesnt affected by game setting
That doesnt feel right. 200w per second is too low. Give us a settings for that please

Create new game
Go to settings
Search for bionics energy consumption
Fail.
