Emulsifier work duration does not match tooltip

The tooltip claims 80 seconds.

The current operator has 21 machinery (+210%)

Expectation is for then this to take 80/3.1 or about 26 seconds

Instead, a timer sensor clocks it at around 8.8 seconds (~3x faster than expected)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use emulsifier

User Feedback

The AttributeConverter for the Emulsifier is currently set to ResearchSpeed instead of MachinerySpeed.
