If you make a wide hydroponic tile on normal tile, then decide to run pipes or wires through afterwards the dupes will go to construct however they instead have to dig and break the wide hydroponic tile and leave an invisible hole on either or both sides making gaps:
I originally found the bug due to my greenhouse and banquet hall combining rooms. Dupes can move through the sides of the tile and debris can fall through. Only the side tiles can break from what I have tested. If you deconstruct the broken tile, it might leave a natural tile in the center but will be invisible if there is no natural tile underneath until the game is reloaded. The natural tile should be 30kg of whatever metal was put in. I can't consistently get the natural tile to spawn idk what causes it exactly. The dupes will be forced to dig before constructing the pipes/wires which could net you more metal then was put in. Here are some more pictures of the bugs in action

Extra steel tile:
1. Make a Wide hydroponic tile with no pipes running through it and on already built tiles
2. Order pipes/wires to be made through said tile
3. Wait for dupes to dig for construction
(natural tiles bug)
4. Don't let the dupes repair the tile, let them build the pipe/wire.
5. deconstruct the tile, should have one natural tile in the middle
Don't exactly get how the natural tile bug happens I had to trial and error a bunch. I know repair would mess it up at least. Sometimes I could build a pipe through the center and still get a natural tile. I didn't even know about the natural tile bug until I started to write this whole thing up. Hope this was helpful and sorry if this was already found.
