Wall hydroponics have a decor of −5 (this also might be a bug?), and wide hydroponics have a bonus of +15. Neither are affected by the glassy material used to construct the building. Since that is perhaps the only reason to ever use diamond or pearl instead of glass it seems like a big oversight.

Compare the decor values of wide hydroponics tiles built using different glassy materials.
