Conveyor Rail Logic is busted

By the logic of the other pipe systems and the previous conveyor rail system this loader shouldn't be blocked.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I can't confirm this; it still exists for me in version U57-697918-SCRP.
