Constructing pipe/rail/wire behind wide hydroponic farm will damage this WHF

I tried reproducing this issue but I have not been able to make it happen, do you have any more details you can provide that could help narrow down the cause?

I didn't notice what happened exactly, maybe it's probabilistic

I experienced this twice today as well. It occurred after installing a pipe in the left most tile of the wide hydroponic farm both times. First time the dupes repaired the farm it allowed water to pass through the tile as if it was still broken. Second time the tile had an 'infinite' repair job, the dupes would be constantly repairing the tile with no progress being done. Reloading the game corrected the issue, I could even install pipe behind the farm tile without further issue.

I was able to duplicate it again by building a wide hydroponics farm over existing tiles. Building pipe on either side of the intake broke the farm and it did the ‘infinite’ repair task again. Reloading the game fixed it again.
