Carved Lumen Quartz does not count as lightsource for Laboratory

Carved Lumen Quartz is on the floor, between the 2 science stations, yet it doesn't count as a light source.

I have taken the screenshot when I already started with building the lamp, but it wasn't working when there was no lamp.

Steps to Reproduce

Move a Carved Lumen Quartz to a room that has all requirements for a Laboratory, but a light source. Will not become a Laboratory.
