Masterpiece artist can't excavate fossils because operation is not permitted. It looks like it needs to be able to perform scientific tasks (miss by 1 error) while the requirement is to have masterpiece skill.
Steps to Reproduce
In my case, was a yokel artist, I do not have another artist to check if disabling research task works the same.
