Cannot build Steam Turbine

Unable to build steam turbines. I have researched steam turbines, plenty of refined metals, gaskets (rubber and plastic) and plastic and it still says that I am missing resources.

Steam Turbine requires either 4 plastic gaskets or 4 rubber gaskets. You have 3 of each.

ah I wondered if that was the case but didn't want to blow all my materials to find out. Wish the steam turbine description said 4 gaskets instead of  4000g

My complaint is that recipes that require gaskets should simply say how many, rather than the weight.

I agree. The Gas Meter Valve indicates gasket requirements by count (not weight). Steam Turbine should be updated to do the same.
