Mi-ma came in with roughly 2/8ths oxygen left, and consumed many kgs of oxygen through the breathing station, and is still barely full. Mi-ma quickly began to retreat to the surface after she did not actually regain even close to full oxygen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. duplicant with any kind of swimming skill

2. make them use the breathing station

3. it does not fill their lungs and they surface anyway

I noticed that they don't prioritize going to the station either, the go to air pockets or even airflow tiles surrounding water.

The problem is still there, and it is very unpleasant.

Breathing Stations can only hold 25 kg of oxygen, which is exactly enough for 100 units of oxygen supply. However, if a duplicant has leveled up their swimming skill, they go to refill at around 70 out of 200 units of oxygen. The Breathing Station doesn't have enough oxygen to fully restore their supply, but the task to use the station doesn't disappear, causing the duplicant to use the mask every single second. It looks terrible and wastes the duplicant's time.

Even if you place multiple stations, the duplicant doesn't switch to another refilled one. Instead, they keep standing next to the empty station, or they start to run away but immediately return when the station fills up a bit.
