Blowter fish bubbles inconsistent (some use new gas mechanic, other displace water)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fish on the left uses old mechanics, fish on the right the new ones. It happens across different cycles, but the one on the left uses this exact spot every time.

2. Critters sometimes don't get "crowded" status, even when there is like 24 critter (plus eggs) on ~45 tile "ranch"

The new bubbles are converting to tiles when they hit the neutronium under the tidal spring.

Also it's worth noting that you can make an accidental gas/water pump that will move massive amounts of water downward quickly into an infinite storage paradigm when the gas pockets form underwater like this. I have generally seen this as a means to move large amounts of gas with liquid drips, but it works with the objects switched. 

 

If it were possible it would help if the bubbles have a little grace period to stay bubbles but move to the left or right if they can before they make a gas pocket. Or prevent bubbles from forming gas pockets until they reach a certain mass.
