Aquatic Ranches and Fish Drop-offs count other aquatic critters in same body of liquid but separated by pneumatic door

Aquatic ranches and fish drop-offs seem to count other aquatic critters in the same body of liquid, but separated by a closed pneumatic door, when calculating the number of critters present for crowding. (Beta version 735589)

Here are some examples.

The fish drop-off which accepts 4 Blowters is considered satisfied even though the enclosed area it leads towards only contains 2 Blowters, while two others are in the same body of water but separated by the pneumatic door.

The 3 Blowters inside the aquatic ranch are considered Crowded even though the size of the ranch can accept 4 without crowding. (size 34 tiles, 1 Blowter requires 8 tiles each).

I believe this method of calculation is erroneous as it makes it unreasonable to build multiple aquatic ranches in a single body of water with underwater doors between them, which is a logical design given that dupes can now swim and also need the swimming skill to use an aquatic ranching station.

Steps to Reproduce

Have an enclosed aquatic ranch and a fish drop off enclose only part of a large body of liquid. Monitor the number of critters inside the enclosed ranch when checking Crowded status and whether the drop-off is used.

So do aquatic critters, actually. Pneumatic doors and mesh tiles count as a part of the pool they're in. So if you put a bunch of fish eggs in the pool to the left, your blowters in your room will become crowded. I think this is sort of intentional.
That being said, I do agree that the dropoffs shouldn't work like this.
