Even if aquatic milking station is disabled by red signal, it still works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build a aquatic milking statiion

2. Disable it by inputting a red signal

3. Spawn a seaquine

I also got this one, and the worst part about this is that now the milking station reset reproduction,  i wasnt sure why my ranch population wasnt growing until i saw this bug report.
