You're allowed to use "Move Here' with a Duplicant that's having a stress fit

This is broken because it can be used to control Duplicants and move them to more favorable areas to effectively nullify the reaction, the gif above demonstrates moving Stinky over to somewhere else right before he vomits, so I could make him vomit in a polluted water containment area.
