You can "disable" what your duplicant is employed for

You can "disable" the job of your duplicants but it is just a graphic, in the actual gameplay, they will still do their job regardless if it is disabled in the priorities tab

Picture: Abe is a Miner but the game "allows" you to "disable" the job in the priorities tab

Steps to Reproduce
Put in a duplicant on a job > go to priorities tab > lower the priority of the duplicant's job until it shows disabled
