Windows controlled folder access and the game

I have a windows controlled folder access enabled, so the game cannot access its folder in C:\Users\Vanya\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded. And the game has no option to change its folder.

I know I can add the game to allowed apps, but what if I don't want to.
