Wide Hydroponic tiles stop accepting salt water for flue corals (likely beakon over-fertilization)

After a long period of time, my flue corals suddenly stifle, and the tooltip says they don't have irrigation even though salt water is available in the pipe. They'll say they have single-digit-grams. When I empty storage on the tile, it fills back up and everything is fine.

This bug has happened twice,  and both times there's been another thing in common that points to a potential underlying cause:

I noticed that the wide hydroponic tiles, when stifled, have ***2 tons*** of lime in them, and my lime supplies had been going down until I emptied storage (despite having more than enough beakons), so I think this bug may be related to that one, if the tile's storage is getting filled up with lime and then can't accept liquid anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

Have flue corals in a beakon ranch, feed them salt water over a long period of time, wait for beakons to overfill the tiles, then wait for them to stifle and stop accepting salt water.
