Water Sieve Not Working?

Water Sieve seems to stop working on New Planet when either valve is turned off then on a few times...  Issue only seemed to happen on my teleport base and not my original.  See Photos...

Steps to Reproduce

Turn either Valve on and off multiple times with Sieve on the water line

Go to bugs

I think I was just out of sand...   soz :(  But the Interface didnt let me know that the water unit needed sand....
