Water Delivery Infinite Loop

I have a glitch where every dupe will constantly deliver 1000k water to the algae terrariums in an infinite loop, ignoring level 9 priority orders. The body of water they collect from never empties and stays at a low level.

I have also had this issue. I have only seen it happen when the dupes are taking from a contaminated water source.

For me they went mental with Microbe Mushers instead, delivering 1000 water over and over. I had to eject all the contents, then they stopped.
