water being turned to hot steam when loading the game

I have three drops of water sitting on air flow tiles in a vacuum on the lava asteroid. When I load the game two of the drops of water are 900C and one is 40C.  Nothing should be touching the water to transfer heat to it.  I've tried reloading the previous few auto saves and the same water is being heated up to the same temperature in all of them

Steps to Reproduce

I'm not sure other than small amounts of water on airflow tiles in a vacuum on the lave asteroid
