When "Total Skill Points" is two digits (value greater than 9), it is replaced with "...", even though displaying the actual value would take up less horizontal space.
Steps to Reproduce
With a colony whose dupes have 10 or more skill points, open Vitals Panel (press V). Look at the left column. See the "..." instead of actual 2-digit values.
