Visual bug - Rocketry modules show parts while rocket is on mission

Base Game without Spaced Out active. Don't own Frosty.

Cargo Bay indicator gauge shows up above the launch platform while rocket is away on mission. Then, if you scroll up, one of the fuel lines from the Steam Engine pops into view. I assume these are both supposed to be transparent, and not visible.

Steps to Reproduce

Build rocket with Cargo Bay and Steam Engine, scroll up after launching it on mission.

Same behavior with Solid Oxidizer Tank and Liquid Fuel Tank. The Solid Oxidizer Tank gauge is visible normally, then Liquid Fuel Tank gauge pops into view when you scroll up.

I swapped the oxidizer tank to to below the fuel tank, and now the fuel tank gauge is visible as the top layer, and the oxidizer gauge pops in when you scroll up.
