Unpowered flydo is possessed by strange demons

It is tradition at this point that all bots contain a bug that allows them to be immortal. In this case, when it happens to Flydo it results in some rather erratic movement

Steps to Reproduce

1. Wait for a Flydo to have no charge and then attempt to relocate it

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

As far i can tell, the flydo simply has to be out of power for the bug to happen, no need to attempt relocation to trigger it.
