I'm not 100% sure what caused this, I'm thinking when I deconstructed some of the POI Obsidian tiles, but now I have spaces in my game that I can't do anything with.
Steps to Reproduce
Open up the save, mouse over the two dark tiles next to the Neural Vacillator on the far left side of the map.
