As you can see in the picture, under the outhouse there is dirt or some other material lying under it, acting as a block. When I tried to build a tile there, my dupe started building it infinitly, it never finished until I canceled it. I tried building a storage thing and sweeping it, but it doesn't work. It won't kill me, it's just a little annoying.

I have no idea how it happened, but I think that I destroyed dirt or sandstone or some other material and built a tile at exacly the same time on the same spot.
