all the menus pop up when loading a save and accessing the duplicant skill tab from the printing pod, i thought it was a one time thing but i noticed it is consistent even when i exit and re open the game
Steps to Reproduce
1. Load a save
2. Select the printing pod
3. Duplicant skills
4. that's it
