[TU-211417] No thermal conductivity between liquid and gas

It does not matter what temperature gas or liquid is, they don't interact.

Here is +1200 °C hydrogen and +50 °C water:

Steps to Reproduce
Heat some water, gas wont be affected.

They Do transfer Heat but very slow 0.1*C/S unless water contact with some thing like finger
