My display is using a 3840x2160 resolution. The icons on screen become very small and I increase the UI scale to 150%. When I am in a research screen that takes up the full display, and I hover over something to display it's tooltip near the bottom/bottom left of the screen, the tooltip appears beyond the screen edge, and is not visible.
Steps to Reproduce
Set resolution to 3840 x 2160 60hz Set UI scale to 150% Open the research screen -or- open the jobs screen hover over anything that triggers a tooltip that is close to the bottom left of the screen.
