[Tooltip] Temperatures reaching {0} for Absolute Zero tooltip in Temperature Overlay

Hi.

There is a tooltip template issue for Absolute Zero.

{0} is show instead of the value.

I think it should indicate the real Absolute Zero value : 0 K , -273.15°C or  -459.67°F

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Temperature Overlay
  2. Put the mouse cursor on Absolute Zero
