Just like the tile says, There's overlapping sentences&images in the patch note tab right at the tile screen. Screenshot provided. Seems like something related to UI scaling, tried to lower it and it doesn't overlap anymore. Still a little bothersome to adjust the UI scale Whenever I want to click the overlapped buttons.
