Automation not reliable when pipes are being constructed, such that small packets of liquid are not being sensed properly.
Steps to Reproduce
send 4000g through a pipe, have a liquid pipe sensor not-gated to a liquid vent and attuned to the liquid within the pipe, build pipes elsewhere, kaboom
