Timelapse not working

The timelapse feature is not capturing any screenshots and the play button in the colony summary screen does nothing apart from showing the initial spawn of the colony.

Only screenshot in the folder after 30 cycles is The Tragic Supernova_cycle_0000.png

Steps to Reproduce
Run game, play one cycle, see no progress.
Go to bugs

I'm seeing the same thing.  Set to every cycle.  Seems to not create them more often than it does.  At cycle 530 and only have 55 pictures.
