Timelapse not saved

Observed with hotfix 647408, no DLC, and no active mods.  Symptom: the timelapse is not recorded.

Attaching a screenshot of a segment of the "Application Support/unity.Klei.Oxygen Not Included" directory and subdirectories thereof to demonstrate that the cyclic .png's were not being saved properly, as opposed to being saved properly but not displayed properly.  For context, this was taken during Cycle 3 of "The Lunar Factory."  The .png's under the auto_save directory accurately show the state as of the moment those autosaves were taken, but the only .png's under save_files/<colony name> and RetiredColonies/<colony name>/* are as of the beginning of Cycle 1.  (Looking at this after the fact, I realize it's not necessarily obvious that the full contents of save_files/<colony name> were included, since I didn't include the next line down.  But said next line down was unlocks.json, and the full contents of save_files are in fact shown.)

P.S. The log attached was collected at a time when I had re-enabled my usual mods, but the behavior with them all disabled was identical.  It was collected at the same time as the screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new colony.

2. During Cycle 1, do some digging and/or building near the Printing Pod, creating a state clearly visibly distinct from that at the beginning of Cycle 1.

3. Wait for Cycle 2.

4. During Cycle 2, do some more digging and/or building near the Printing Pod, creating a state clearly visibly distinct from that at the beginning of Cycles 1 or 2.

5. Wait for Cycle 4.

6. Go to the Colony Summary.

7. Click the Play button in the Timelapse section.

8a. What does happen: I see only the Cycle 1 screenshot with the three starting dupes standing at the Printing Pod, with no digging/building having been done.

8b. What should happen: I see the state of my colony as of Cycle 1, then Cycle 2, then Cycle 3.  (I do not reliably recall, nor can I readily test, whether Cycle 4 should also appear as of step #5, i.e. should it be added to the timelapse at the beginning or end of the cycle.)  Then loop back to Cycle 1.
