If output pipe breaks (too cold) it still takes input and stores the input. But if the output pipe is repaired the input does not flow out if the output is intact but the input is not feeding gas.
Steps to Reproduce
Thermoregulator. Output pipe into vacuum. Input hydrogen one degree before liquid. Output breaks. Input sill going. Repair output. Cut input. Thermoregulator has like 200kg Hydrogen, but is not leaving the machine.
