Thermo Sensor -Liquid Shutoff bug

 I have a thermo sensor to a liquid shutoff that prevents cold water BELOW 50 F going to the aquatuner. It refuses to send the water OVER 50 F to the aquatuner and insted pipe is blocked. Changing the thermo sensor to allow water over 50 F to skip aquatuner will continue water flow past aquatuner which lead me to belive it is a thermo sensor error more than a liquid shutoff one. One setup (almost identicle to other) works fine and 2nd setup refuses to work correctly.

im starting to think its the liquid shutoff due to another problem (the top liquid shutoff in the picture now) with the liquid shutoff valve. It abruptly out of the blue after working for many cylces no longer allows liquid through the valve to circulate back to the aquatuner for additional cooling based on temp set by the connected thermo sensor.
