The zoom out is limited on large screens (4k@96ppi)

Again, first I would like to say that Oxygen Not Included is an outstanding game, and Klei is amazing!

But now the bug. There is an issue with zoom out on large screens. If you have a screen of 4k at 43" (around 96ppi to 100ppi), the zoom out is just not sufficient.

It makes a lot of sense to play strategy games on larger screens, or possibly use multiple screens as a virtual screen, it's a game where you want to see as much as possible after all. But the game behaves as if the panel is 20" or 30" 4k screen at 120ppi, which it obviously isn't, and limits the zoom. So in the end you're always too zoomed in which makes the game hard to play.

There is a workaround, but it's tedious and has some drawbacks with sound and refocus:

1) Press alt+s to go into screenshot mode

2) Zoom out a couple clicks (till everything looks the same size as on laptop screens)

3) Press alt+s to leave screenshot mode and get the UI back

4) * Don't touch mouse wheel, and don't click on messages or alerts so that game does not zoom in back to overly close levels

5) * Repeat for every planet upon reload

Steps to Reproduce

Launch a game on a 4k screen that is 43"+, zoom out as far as it lets you. Observe how everything is still way too zoomed in as if the game thinks you're on a tiny laptop screen.
