The up and down switch function in the schedule did not respond after clicking, indicating that this function was not working. I have closed all mods and opened a new game save, but it has not yet taken effect.

日程表中的上下切换功能在点击后没有反应，显然这个功能未起效，我已经把所有Mod关闭并开启新游戏存档，但仍未生效。

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1: Click on "Schedule" in the upper right corner of the game
Step 2: Click on "Add New Schedule" below the schedule
Step 3: Click the up or down arrow and you will find that the line break function is not working

第二步：点击日程表下方的“添加新日程表”

you are using it wrong.

that feature is to be used when you have schedules that are more than one row, to switch the row positions.

NOT to move it to a different schedule
