用任意自动化信号隔一段时间就重置轨道计量器的数量限制，多次之后，偶尔会输出超过限制数量的物质。

Reset the quantity limit of the track gauge with any automated signal at intervals, and occasionally output substances exceeding the limit after multiple times.

Steps to Reproduce

用时间传感器，每3秒输出0.2秒绿信号重置轨道计数器。让轨道计数器每次输出1KG煤炭，偶尔会输出2KG。用其他脉冲信号重置也会有这样的情况。新游戏沙盒模式测试，确定不是帧数过低造成的。

Use a time sensor to output a 0.2 second green signal every 3 seconds to reset the track counter. Let the track counter output 1KG of coal each time, occasionally outputting 2KG.
