The mouse pointer moves to the upper left when the game is started

When I launch the Oxygen not included, the mouse pointer moves to the upper left.
Even if I move the mouse pointer to another location, the pointer will move without permission. So the mouse pointer is always in the upper left and I can't play the game.

When I played on 9/25, I was able to play normally.
After the problem occurred, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. But it is not fixed.
