Again the rancher calls endlessly for critter right in front of them and the only way to fix it is to reload the game.

Same happened with me. All of the 5 stable stoped working on the same planet. Reload fixed it and i only experienced this once in 1400 cycle.

I've noticed that when this happens, the critter next to the grooming station is stuck "excited", so it's trying to get there, but for some reason can't.

Ye same is happening to me. Bellow you can see the ranch and poor Rowan was trying to call this drecko for about 3 mins but as you can see the one being called doesnt even get excited... It just gets a new status with no name or description and is just standing on the spot.
Reloading the save does help to fix it.
