I think {0} should not be displayed in this tooltip, it looks like a string template error.

The string has not changed in U54-646843-SCR.
Checked in strings_template.pot file : 

msgid "Stressed Duplicants are damaging these buildings:\n\n{0}"

I suppose this is still valid in current version (Bionic Update).
