When i tried to swap rocket module (Rover's Module to Orbital Cargo Module), it didn't refund the material. It usually dropped materials on the floor but this time i did't see any metal ore.
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1: Build a random rocket module
Step 2: Click on gear icon to swap to another module
