Supply Teleporters - Problem with activation - Spaced out!

Same issue, on one asteroid , i have a menu activate but not on the other .

Having the same activation issue, i'm not sure whether or not you changed the buildings surface it was sitting on? but i did and on the two i have changed they have been left un activated for multiple (10 or so) cycles and the ones with the default tiles below it are activated fine on the other planetoid

In fact it's the priority that is not manageable and too low.
If you remove all task of a character, he will activate the teleporter

@Crew42 Can you elaborate how you remove all tasks of a character? My dupe would rather be idle than activate the TP output.
