Supercomputer doesn't indicate when it needs water

As described. Spent days (in game) trying to figure our why nobody would do advanced research. Turns out they couldn't get to my pitcher pump and there was no indication on the Super Computer that it needed water.

Steps to Reproduce
Remove pitcher pump from the base after building Supercomputer.
Go to bugs

it does say it in the description, probably what happened was just some water was left from previous research, so it was not empty, but nor it had enough to do a full research point
