I have two dupes with Skilled: Super-duperhard Digging. However, when I try to have them dig out granite, the UI tells me that "Local Colony Lacks Hard Digging," and they won't dig out said granite.
If this is working as intended, it seems like there should be clearer wording in the UI to indicate that the Skilled levels ONLY apply to that exact skill level, and do not "grant" previous skill level abilities.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Start a new colony.
2. Ensure at least one duplicant has the Skilled: Super-duperhard Digging ability.
3. Attempt to mine out granite or other "hard" material.
4. Observe the error message.
