Suits/Mask's not recognizing inputs

The atmo suits, masks and jet packs are not recognizing any inputs. For example, the atmo suits, will have power and oxygen supplied I've also tired this in debug mode) and the suit doc will show the loading animation but the never fills fully, same with power, It's like it thinks there's not enough power/oxygen and its stuck in a loop of "not enough" and makes them completely unusable. I tried removing mods and reinstalling the game, and it still did not fix the issue...
